My latest obsession with face oils has led me to discover Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Fruit & Seed Oil Blend. All natural and with exotic blend of ingredients this face oil also comes highly recommended. Scrolling through product reviews has led me to believe that this product is a great value for money. Here is my take on it.
Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Fruit & Seed Oil Blend has strong botanical smell. It reminds of cold pressed seed oil I once used for cooking. The smell is not unpleasant but be aware before purchase. Another strong property of this face oil is its orange color. Your face and neck will be left with orange residue even after hours of application. In addition this is not your typical dry oil that is easily absorbed by skin. It tends to be very oily and sit on top of the skin, hence the orange (transferable) residue.
After several weeks of use I did not really see any major improvement of my skin. I used it in the evening, just a few drops after cleansing. My skin is sensitive and this face oil did cause any irritation. In the morning skin felt nourished but there was nothing more to it. After continuous use results did not improve. I felt that any other bio oil or drugstore night cream could deliver the same or even better results. The shelf life of this product is also a bit of a letdown for me. It only lasts for about 6 months after opening. After a while I discovered that the color in the bottle start changing and turned from light to deep orange.
I have to say that although budget friendly Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Fruit & Seed Oil Blend will not deliver any exceptional results. I also think that when it comes to demonstrating anti-aging benefits, rosehip oil as a main ingredient kind of fails. Scar fading is also another benefit but in my experience you are better off purchasing pure vitamin E or Bio Oil.
