Eyes on Full Exposure

Eyes on Full Exposure

Smashbox Full Exposure palette is very attractive but what is even more attractive is this travel version of it that cost half the price. The selection shades is quite good and although limited to only eight I feel like it is just the right amount to satisfy your nude (eye shadow) needs.

Smashbox Full Exposure travel review

The packaging feels a bit inexpensive but is very compact and travel friendly. Inside there are no unnecessary brushes or applicators just a small mirror. Smashbox Full Exposure palette comes with eight nude shades – four mattes, three shimmers and one satin sheen finish. The bottom row packs the obligatory, base, highlight and crease colors, all in matte finish. Top row is all about the glitters. Texture is smooth, buttery and easy to blend. Every time I see glittery eye shadows I get concerned if the actual glitter is finely graded so there are no chunky glitter fallouts. In this case, once blended these glittery shades look fantastic.

Although travel size Smashbox Full Exposure palette packs a punch when it comes to combining every day nudes. Including matte and glitter gun metal grays felt like a bit of an afterthought. I am really missing a good old black shade to tie up my evening look.
