The sun is not yet shining in our eyes but sure thing you want to feel some warmth on your skin. If you live in UK any sun related occurrences might take a while so the safest bet is to resort to some settle liquid and cream bronzer products. We are not talking about self-tanner but more like face bronzer.
Soleil Tan de Chanel is a very small and permanent line that it’s been awhile since couple of years now. I bought both product from the line but not at the same time which only proves that you should buy what you need, when you needed. Both products come in very generous 30ml packaging that will last you till the end of time, making your investment far more worthwhile. Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel Illuminating Fluid (£32) is a settle bronze liquid highlighter, also perfect for strobing. I found that the best way to use is to mix it with matte foundation to get that overall radiant glow. Another great way to incorporate this product is applying it on top of foundation, highlighting the high points of your face like cheeks and nose. This illuminating fluid adds a very settle bronze/golden sheen to the skin perfect for warming up your complexion. Something to keep in mind is that the packaging is not great, since it comes in heavy glass bottle with no pump which could do with some improvement. If you like settle or natural highlighters and radiant looking skin this is the right product for you. Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel Bronzing Makeup Base (£32) is another great product more suitable for everyday use. Essentially this is a settle cream bronzer that can also be used for contouring. Great application tip I learned from Chanel’s makeup artist is to scoop out small amount and warm up the product on the back of your hand before application. This way it is much easier to apply and blend on the skin. I normally apply this product on top of my foundation and blend it up with what’s left on my foundation brush. This product is really buildable so chances are that you will not end up with massive brown strakes on your face.
Both Soleil Tan de Chanel give very settle sun kissed effect. I love how the melt into the skin and does not accentuate any pores or wear off patchy. Both great products and real luxury treats worth investing.
