New In: Max Factor Colour Elixir Gloss

The other day I was very excited to find eight eye catching new shades lipsticks from the Max Factor Colour Elixir Gloss range,so naturally i picked up a few. My personal preference went for more settled and easy to wear colors like Pristine Nude and Enchanting Coral. I have a bit of a love hate relationship with lip gloss so the only reason i will purchase one is to add sheer nude glossiness to my lips. Max Factor Colour Elixir Gloss range hit the mark in that department.

Max Factor Colour Elixir Gloss

Pristine Nude works very well layered on top of a nude/pink lipstick since the pigment of this lip gloss is not very high. Enchanting Coral has a bit more color to play with but again it is fairly sheer and will appear more of a accent on the lips. If you are looking for a more pigmented coral lip gloss i would strongly recommend Pupa Glossy lip 205. The applicator brush of these Max Factor lip glosses looked very standard and it feels that way, so nothing special in terms of packaging. The formula is not sticky at all and it does last quite a while. Both lip glosses are great for on the go, when you want to add a little something without looking too “done” for the occasion.
