Italian drugstore products are really picking up attention but apart from Kiko Cosmetics there are other brands worth exploring. I picked up few products for eyes, lips and nails which together make up for a comprehensive Pupa Milano review haul
Pupa eye shadow palette in 002, does not have a fancy name but packs tons of character. The color range is perfect for every day wear since it includes cool brown and taupe shades. This quad palette has great clear packaging, so you can see each colors and very thoughtful selection of shades. Quality of the eye shadows is quite impressive, making this palette quite a good find. The consistency of these shadows is very buttery and easy blend. The pigmentation is quite strong and super long lasting. Each shade has more of a satin finish which is far more forgiving and adds a bit more dimension on the eye. using all four together there is a very settle and polished every day look you can create.
Pupa automatic eyeliner waterproof 04 is another exciting new find. First let me tell you how great is this retractable packaging. It makes life so much easier! This gold metallic eyeliner is great to wear on its own or use as accent color. The formula is soft and glides on easily on the eye. There are a bit chunky gold particles that are very hard to remove.
Pupa Glossy lip gloss in 205 is super pigmented and as the name suggested glossy. The color is this beautiful coral peach shade perfect for the summer months. It has a good lasting power and easy to apply applicator that hugs the lips nicely.
Last but not least is my new favorite nail polish – Pula Holographic nail polish in N095. The shade i can best describe as nude gold mixed with refractive gold particles. This shade reminds me of a limited edition nail polish by OPI that was released around Christmas few years back. Back then I hesitated purchasing it and ever since I regretted my choice, until I found this little golden treasure.
