Signature facials and Taiwan beauty secrets

Signature facials and Taiwan beauty secrets

Durring my weekley late night shipping I felt the need to be a bit more adventurous with my skincare regime and that is how Su-Man Reborn Essential Discovery Collection end up in my beauty cupboard. Personally I’m not a big fan of using only one brand of products to cleanse and moisturize my skin but this range of product looked quite promising.

Su-Man Reborn Essential Discovery Collection consist of three products – gel-oil cleanser, exfoliating facial polish and brightening serum. The quantities are generous to last you three weeks of regular use or even a bit more depending on how generous you are during application. I came across this brand with no expectations and relying on a few very positive reviews. Su Man is a celebrity facials much like more popular Sarah Chapman that offers a range of salon skincare products that are now available at major beauty retailers. For her products Su-Man use a mix of natural ingredients such as Dragon’s Blood, Rosehip seed oil, Rose petals and Green tea combined with scientifically created active ingredients such as Hyaluronic and Tranexamic Acid.

Su Man Purifying Cleansing Gel Oil review and Su Man Exfoliating Facial Polish

Su-Man Purifying Cleansing Gel Oil is probably one of the best cleansers I’ve ever tried. The consistency is something between light cream and gel that smoothly glides on dry skin. When I added water it created a light foam and turned into smooth oil while I was still massaging it. I splash a bit of water and with muslin cloth I wiped off the excess. My skin instantly felt smoother and softer on touch. After about a week of regular use (morning and evening) my skin never felt dry, stripped, irritated or congested. This cleanser also works well for taking off makeup but personally I use it for my second cleanse or just on its own on no makeup days. This product really does the job well and also smells very very pleasant. I still have a good bit left in the tube but already ordered the full size product.

With Su-Man Exfoliating Facial Polish I have a bit of love/hate relationship. The most prominent base ingredient of this facial polish is coffee which gives its dark brown color, quite gritty consistency and very strong smell. Because of the gritty consistency I always fear that it might be a bit too harsh to my sensitive skin. Despite my concerns I never experienced any redness or skin irritation after use. The results were good but really varied depending on my current skin condition. Sometimes this exfoliator will really plump my skin and clear any congested arias (on a good skin day), other times it will just gently exfoliate (bad skin days). Looking at what this product contains there is a very marginal difference of ingredients in comparison to Purifying cleansing gel oil. This product also contains coffee grains giving the texture, color and possibly contributing to the smell of the product. Now that I have tried and tested both products over time I much prefer investing into the full cleanser.

Su Man Velvet Skin Brightening Serum review

Su-Man Velvet Skin Brightening Serum is one of kind experience. It comes in a clear bottle and has one of those dual consistency that it you need to shake to mix and activate the ingredients. The texture is very much gel like, feels a bit wet and glides on seamlessly the skin. I normally leave it to absorb for a few minutes before moving on to applying moisturizer. Skin is feeling ultra-velvety soft with settle hint of radiance. I never experience my skin feeling that soft after applying a single product. Here is a very useful video of how to apply this product plus some very useful tips on facial massage. The ingredient list of this product consist of a great combination of ingredients targeting hydration, plumpness, skin repair, and anti-aging.

I am glad to discover Su-Man skincare range and adopt some of her products into my daily skincare routine. Su-Man Reborn Essential Discovery Collection is a great way to try her products for yourself are really decide what works best for your skin type. For me the cleanser is absolutely fabulous and the brightening serum is something unique that needs to be experienced. Although a bit on the pricy side this product does come with great cocktail of ingredients that does work and deliver great results. Have you tried some new products recently? I would love to hear about it in the comments below.
