When it comes to have that glow from within makeup and dewy skin, any girl will look flawless. This is probably one of the reasons face highlighters are so popular right now. This about it as a magical sparkling powder that mesh with the skin, leaving a settle (or not so settle) beaming reflection of light on the high points of your cheekbones. Be warned that highlighters can be highly addictive and very easily overdone. My latest obsession is a whole palette of beaming highlighters that can suit any occasion or complexion.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow kits come in two shades Gleam (frosty pearl, pink and light bronze shades) and That Glow (champagne and deeper bronze shades). Each palette comes with four large pan highlighters that look great on its own or layered/paired together. It really depends on your personal preference for which color scheme you want to go for. I would say that for pale complexions with red undertones go for Gleam, olive tone and deeper complexions will definitely enjoy more That Glow. I was more drawn to Gleam palette because of the unique combination of tones and colors. Crushed pearl and Stardust are more of frosty white highlighter colors while Hard Candy is more of a pearlescent rosy pink and Mimosa is you typical bronze highlighter. On the skin these super pigmented and finely milled powders can really pack of punch in one stroke. Because of their intensity these highlighter can look a bit too intense for day time appropriate looks.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow kits retail for £39 and are available online at Cult Beauty and BeautyBay.
