What’s in my bridal handbag

What’s in my bridal handbag

There are not many reviews on what’s in my bridal handbag out there simply because many brides decide not to carry a clutch on their wedding. Personally I really felt the need to bring with me a few life and makeup essentials that will keep me calm and prepared for whatever my special day has to offer.

The bag

I love accessories and having the opportunity to add one more bag to my collection was no brainier. I selected my wedding clutch based on few criteria. Had to be both small and practical but have enough room for a few make up bits I could not go without. Speaking of practical I do image wearing this pearl clutch form Coast even after my big day. It is classic, does not scream bridal and can effortlessly transform into a nice evening bag.

The essentials

As a bride your wedding days starts from early in the morning and finishes late at night. It is also loaded with different range of emotions so you have to be prepared. Small items such as tissues, mints, bobby pins and cotton buds are absolute essentials. You need to have them somewhere handy and have access to them at all times.

Chanel Rouge Allure Seduisane 91 review

On your wedding day using long lasting makeup is a no brainer, but even the greatest formulas do need some touch ups throughout the day/night. Here are my little helpers that helped my makeup last on my big day. Bourjois Healthy Balance powder comes with a hint of color and give the skin a flawless matte finish. This powder is also a a very good dupe for Chanel Le Beiges Healthy Glow powder. To apply I used a regular blush brush that for touching up around my T-zone. This matting powder comes with a lightweight slim packaging and a good size mirror, perfect for touch ups on the go. Instead of the eye shadow I used I deiced to bring a single blending brush. The all-time staple Mac 217 was used for blending any creasing. On my lips I went for a combination of the Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Pillow talk and Chanel Rouge Allure lipstick in Seduisane (91). The result was a very natural rose pink lip that lasted me a good while. This combination feels very natural and moisturizing on the lips which made it perfect and fuss free wedding and everyday option.
